Presenting an afternoon of entertainment, fashion, and honouring community members.

Criteria for Submitting a Nomination

The purpose of the Flo’s Seniors Health and Care Programs Network Inc. honouring event is to celebrate individuals that lay the foundation of our community. 

These community members give back to their community in a variety of ways and do not look for anything in return.

We honour this individual(s) who have made a long-term, outstanding commitment to their community. The recipient(s) of this award will have an outstanding record of significant community involvement and service. 

To qualify, the individual must be a senior (55+) who has contributed a minimum of 10 years of community service.

The award will be presented at our annual honouring event on August 25, 2024.

An invitation will be extended to the recipient.

If there is someone under the age of 55 who has made an outstanding contribution towards the support of seniors, this person can also be nominated for an award.

The deadline to submit nominations is April 15, 2024.
